What's a Corporate Consultation Like?
Corporate Intuitive Consultations are similar to Individual Consultations
but the content is entirely focused on business questions. In some
cases, where feasible, it may be beneficial for Penney to tour your
office and meet key people before the session. Penney prefers to do
corporate sessions in person, but where that's not possible, phone
sessions are fine.
Due to the complexity of data involved when reading an organizational
system, Penney requires a thorough briefing beforehand so she can
get a real "felt sense" of what's going on. Once she can
"feel it" you can go in any direction with your questions.
Corporate Intuitive Consultations can run to 2 hours, with a break,
if necessary. Or, they can extend to several sessions.
Once colleagues are open to the intuitive process, it's possible to
do separate consultations for members of a sales or management team,
for instance, and to synthesize the insights gained afterward. Or,
Penney can do a session for a small group, with all members present
and asking questions independently. It's also possible for Penney
to intuitively facilitate a meeting where group members are guided
into an intuitive state themselves, and together with Penney, the
group brings forth high-frequency solutions, new models for improved
operations, or innovations in any area.
